"Boy Meets World had a good seven year run on ABC's TGIFriday line-up, ending with Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga (Danielle Fishel) getting married. Now, The Disney Channel is planning to revisit these characters twelve years down the road with Girl Meets World.

This new half hour comedy will pick up with the pair's thirteen-year old daughter as the main protagonist. Both Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel are being sought to reprise their roles, returning as Mother and Father this time out. There is no word on whether or not series regulars Rider Strong, Matthew Lawrence, or Will Friedle are also being sought to return.

Since the original series ended, Ben Savage has guest starred on a number of popular series, including Bones, Chuck, and Without a Trace.  Danielle Fishel can currently be seen on Style. Network's The Dish."
