"We’re excited to share more details about the incredible lineup of enhancements debuting this week on the newly transformed Disney Wonder.

From Super Hero sightings to a New Orleans-style street party celebration, there is so much to discover.  Here’s a closer look…

• At Marvel Super Hero Academy, Spider-Man, Captain America, Black Widow and other Super Heroes from the Marvel Universe host training activities for kids all cruise long.

• Tiana’s Place is a new restaurant celebrating the charm of the Louisiana bayou with southern-style cuisine and a spirited atmosphere.  Inspired by the Disney’s The Princess and the Frog, Tiana’s Place features a lively jazz band on stage, a high-energy parade around the room, and performances by Tiana herself.

• At Wandering Oaken’s Trading Post, kids can get their “Frozen” fix Frozen adventures in our youth club.  This with imaginative play and hands-on activities, plus one-on-one interactions with Anna, Elsa, and Olaf.

• And, while the kids are having a blast with our youth counselors and characters, adults can sip a pint at a proper English pub.  The new Crown and Fin Pub offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy adult-exclusive fun."

Frozen' Makeover at Walt Disney World's Norway Pavilion Rumored for October

I know most of you have heard this rumor by now, but here is an article by The Examiner.  What do you think?  My teenagers love Norway because of Maelstrom, the trolls, and especially the Vikings.  Will you miss the Norway we have come to love or are you embracing Disney's latest Frozen change?

"The Norway Pavilion at Walt Disney World's Epcot could be looking a lot more like the Kingdom of Arendelle as soon as October, if a new report is to be believed.

The biggest change coming to the Norway Pavilion is a Frozen-themed ride, which would replace the aging "Maelstrom" ride, which explores Norway's history and culture. According to a Norwegian news report, the Maelstrom ride could shut down as soon as October to make way for construction on the new Frozen ride.

However, it seems Disney may have plans for a more extensive Frozen overhaul of the entire Norway Pavilion. The Norwegian news report (you can watch the video here, but be sure to turn on English subtitles) claims Disney is looking to convert the Norway Pavilion to be focused almost exclusively on Frozen.

Besides cashing in on the massive success of the film, it seems Disney wants a financial investment from the Norwegian government to help refurbish the pavilion in order to keep the focus on the country -- and not Frozen. (Several Norwegian companies and the Norwegian government originally helped fund the creation of the Norway Pavilion at Epcot as a way to promote tourism. Norway contributed $200,000 annually from 1992-2002 to help maintain the pavilion.)

According to the Norwegian news report, Disney is starting to make plans for additional changes to the Norway Pavilion, beyond remaking the "Maelstrom" ride. Plans include eliminating most of the shops in the Norway Pavilion to make room for a Frozen meet-and-greet, and other Frozen-related activities."

Hallmark Introduces Disney Ornament Items!

Disney Ornament Stand

Have you seen some of the awesome new Disney products Hallmark has introduced?

The ornament display stand above is just one of them.  You can save $20 on it the weekend of July 12, when it will be $29.95 when you also purchase a Hallmark Disney Keepsake Ornament.

I'm not saying that's a steal, but it normally will hit you for $49.95.

Here are some other items Hallmark will be showing in July:

A Year of Disney Magic

Mickey and friends are leaving the Clubhouse and headed to Gold Crown stores.  Keepsake artists Orville Wilson, Nello Williams, and Anita Marra Rogers teamed up to bring you a whole year of your Disney favorites.   Starting in July, a different ornament from this 12-piece series will arrive every month. Scroll through to see the whole collection.

(I think this is an awesome idea; however, at almost $15 a pop [plus the display stand above], you are going to be coming out of pocket quite a bit.  You will have to really love this series [which I do] to complete the set!)

Elsa Ornament

Elsa, the Snow Queen who melted hearts in Disney's blockbuster movie “Frozen,” will be joining the 2014 collection this November!

So there you have it.  That's what Hallmark has allowed us a peek into, so far, for Disney.  Are you excited?  I know I am...now, I just wonder -- what will be left after Christmas that I can snag at 50% off?
